Skyline Hills Library Ground Breaking Ceremony

Councilmember Cole was joined by Mayor Faulconer, Public Works Director James Nagelvoort, and San Diego Public Library Director Misty Jones for the Skyline Hills Ground Breaking Ceremony. This is a $13.2 million state-of-the-art library that will be filled with world class amenities, free tutoring and the latest technology. The new library is expected to open Fall 2016.
